The Lehigh Valley is facing severe flooding after a record-breaking rainfall, with over 4 inches of rain causing creeks and rivers to overflow. The flooding has resulted in numerous road closures, water rescues, and early school dismissals. The situation is being closely monitored, with expectations of the Delaware River cresting above flood stage by Tuesday evening. The weather forecast indicates a dry period following Tuesday morning's slight chance of rain.
