Bethlehem Approves Greenway Park's $15M Mixed-Use Development: A New Urban Vision 🏗 🏢

The city's Zoning Hearing Board has approved a significant mixed-use development by Bethlehem-based Greenway Park Associates, marking a milestone in Southside Bethlehem's urban development. The $15 million project, spearheaded by Brandon Benner of Greenway Park, will construct a four-story building, offering 69 modern apartments and 4,000 square feet of commercial space, along with an underground parking facility. Benner indicates a commitment to affordability, with plans to price 10% of the units below market rates, addressing the community's housing needs while fostering economic growth and adding a special touch to the up-and-coming neighborhood.

Swing into Fun: Twisted Tees' Grand Opening Celebration Hits a Hole-in-One  🏌️‍♂️ 🎉

Twisted Tees is set to dazzle the community with its Grand Opening Celebration on January 27th. The event will feature the venue's state-of-the-art golf and multi-sport simulators, practice green, and backyard games, complemented by an array of great food, craft cocktails, and local brews. Attendees will have the opportunity to win prizes and giveaways, including a Weber grill and golf merchandise, with every purchase. A special thanks is extended to Wind Creek Bethlehem for their support in making this dream a reality.

The SkillsUSA District 11 Championships brought together nearly 500 students from technical schools across the Lehigh Valley, creating a dynamic arena for competition and professional growth. The event also served as a valuable networking platform, allowing students to connect with local employers, thereby fostering a direct link between vocational education and industry needs.
