The match, held at the Giant Center in Hershey, was a testament to the team's strength, particularly in the middleweight classes. Key contributors to the win included juniors Marco Frinzi and Shane McFillin, whose pins at 139 and 145 pounds, respectively, were crucial in reversing an early deficit. Revolutionizing Medicine: AI's Growing Role in Lehigh Valley Healthcare 🌐 🩺

In the Lehigh Valley, LVHN and St. Luke’s University Health Network have been incorporating AI into their medical practices, particularly in radiology departments. LVHN's use of AI tools like Aidoc helps radiologists quickly identify life-threatening conditions, streamlining patient care. These tools notify medical teams about urgent cases, ensuring timely treatment. St. Luke’s has also invested in AI technology, including advanced CT scanners and AI-embedded X-ray machines. Beyond radiology, both networks utilize AI for stroke detection and sepsis prediction, among other applications. While the implementation of AI in healthcare is complex and costly, it is proving invaluable in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting healthcare workers.

The Answer to “Did You Know” Trivia:

A: Luani

The 13th annual Otter Bowl at the Lehigh Valley Zoo was a delightful event where the North American river otters, Luani and Piper, made their Super Bowl picks. Luani, an experienced participant in the Otter Bowl, decisively chose the Kansas City Chiefs, while Piper, in her first Otter Bowl, eventually settled on the San Francisco 49ers. The otters were presented with two paper mache footballs filled with fish treats, each representing a team in the big game. This playful and engaging event, which has become a beloved tradition at the zoo, drew a crowd of excited visitors who watched eagerly as the otters made their predictions. Despite the otters' track record of only three correct predictions out of twelve attempts, the Otter Bowl remains a fun and anticipated part of the zoo's activities, bringing joy and amusement to attendees of all ages.
